The Center on Global Energy Policy hosted a presentation and discussion with Antoine Halff, Head of the Oil Industry & Markets Division at the International Energy Agency (IEA) and editor of the IEAs monthly Oil Market Report and Medium-Term Oil Market Report. Based on the findings of both publications, including the recently released 2014 Medium-Term Oil Market Report, Mr. Halff will provide an update on the global oil market and discuss how events in Iraq and the Middle East are impacting short and longer-term market indicators. Center Director Jason Bordoff moderated the discussion following the presentation.
