Please join the Center on Global Energy Policy for a Women in Energy coffee chat with SIPA Alum Jing Xiao, Upstream Consultant, IHS Markit. Ms. Xiao will discuss her current job, career paths, and perspectives on what it means to be a female leader in the energy industry.

Biography
Jing is a Consultant within Energy Insight at IHS. Based in Houston, she works within the Upstream Consulting Team. Jing is a petroleum economist with over 5 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. She specializes in asset valuations, advanced economic and financial modelling and commercial due diligence. 

Prior to joining IHS, Jing has worked across the oil and gas industry value chain at Douglas Westwood in New York office. She has covered upstream exploration and production, midstream pipeline and processing, as well as oilfield service technology and equipment.
