Center Director Jason Bordoff moderated the discussion with our panelists: Helima Croft, Managing Director and Chief Commodities Strategist, RBC Capital Markets; Adrian Lajous, Fellow, Center on Global Energy Policy and former CEO, Pemex; Guillermo Mondino, Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets Economics and Strategy, Citi Research; Dr. Steve Sestanovich, Professor for the Practice of International Diplomacy, Columbia SIPA and former State Department ambassador-at-large for the former Soviet Union; and Jan Stuart, Managing Director and Head of Global Energy Research, Credit Suisse.
