The following color-coded campus status levels have been developed to simplify communication regarding the current circumstances on and around the Morningside campus. The campus status level is based upon the potential disruption to our academic mission and/or campus operations. The status level will be adjusted up or down to reflect then-current circumstances, including information received from law enforcement and other sources regarding potential events that could affect Columbia. Please join the Center on Global Energy Policy for a discussion with US Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus on the role that the US Navy plays in driving energy innovation as well as the broader relationship between energy and national security. Secretary Mabus will offer remarks on the importance of energy to the Navy’s mission. Following Secretary Mabus’ remarks will be a moderated conversation with CGEP Inaugural Fellow David Sandalow.
