Biography

Kartik Pilar was a Project Manager, Market Characterization and Evaluation at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) where he oversaw market and impact studies of programs across the authority’s portfolio. Kartik holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the City University of New York, Graduate Center and a B.A. in Physics and Math from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo.
