Kelly Tai is a Research Associate at the Center on Global Energy Policy focusing on energy innovation and carbon management.
Prior to joining CGEP, Kelly was an Associate Programme Officer with the International Renewable Energy Agency in Abu Dhabi where she supported the IRENA Coalition for Action, a global multi-stakeholder network dedicated to generating analyses and dialogue on key renewable energy topics. She has also advised the Government of Alberta on electricity policy with a focus on generation, transmission and wholesale market regulation in the Canadian province.
Kelly holds Juris Doctor and Master of Applied Science degrees from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta.
