Senior Consultant at LEI
Mugwe Kiragu is a senior consultant at LEI. Prior to joining LEI, Mugwe worked at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure and Ontario Ministry of Economic Development within the Infrastructure Finance and Results Office teams, respectively.
