Jason Bordoff speaks with Eirik Wærness, Senior Vice President and Chief Economist at Statoil, about the short and long term energy outlook. Eirik is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on the Future of Oil & Gas, and prior to his time at Statoil, he served as a member of the Executive Board of the Central Bank of Norway, in the Norwegian Ministry of Finance and he worked at Total E&P Norway.
